WH Smith PLC (the “Company”) announced on 15th March 2024 that Robert Moorhead has decided to step down as CFO and COO with effect from 30th November 2024.
On 19th November 2025, the Company announced that Carl Cowling had decided to step down as Group CEO and as a Board Director with effect from that date.
